Refund Policy for Nickel n Dime

At Nickel n Dime, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase of our household items, gifts, electrical items, and tools etc. We understand that occasionally a product may not meet your expectations. Our refund policy is designed to facilitate a smooth process for eligible refund requests.

Eligibility for Refunds:

  • Refunds are applicable only to physical items sold by Nickel n Dime.
  • Any damaged items must be reported within 24hrs of receipt.
  • Eligible items must be returned in their original, undamaged condition and with their original packaging intact.
  • The buyer is liable for the postage incurred for returns back to our shop.

Refund Request Process:

  • Customers are required to request a refund within 14 days of the purchase date.
  • To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support via email at admin@nickelndime.co.uk. Ensure to provide transaction details and specify the issue with the purchased item.

Non-Eligible Items:

  • Customized products or items purchased during a sale are not eligible for refunds. Any items that were purchased for a certain seasonal occasion (Christmas etc) would not be returned after the occasion date. Items that have evidence of abuse will not be refunded.

Refund Processing:

  • Upon receipt of the returned product meeting the stated criteria, refunds will be processed within 5 working days.

Refund Method:

  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used for the purchase.
